Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our organization. The ideal candidate will undergo structured training across various departments to gain hands-on experience in business operations, leadership, and management processes.
• This role is designed to prepare candidates for future leadership positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs across departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
• Assist in daily business operations and administrative tasks
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management review
• Support project planning and execution
• Learn company policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Provide support to senior management when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fielwork
• 1–7years work experience (NYSC members or recent graduates encouraged)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
