Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and orderliness.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with coordinating office activities when required.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / B.A. / B.ED Degree with 1 -3 years proven experience
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
