Job Title: Fertility Nurse / Fertility Coordinator

Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and highly competent professionals to fill the roleof Fertility Nurse/Fertility Coordinator in a reputable fertility centre.
- The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in fertility/IVF settings and demonstrate strong patient care, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Fertility Nurse:
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments
- Support fertility procedures and assist clinicians during IVF processes
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Offer guidance and emotional support to patients throughout their fertility journey
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
Fertility Coordinator:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment
- Provide guidance and support to patients
- Liaise with doctors, lab personnel, and other stakeholders for seamless service delivery
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification and valid practicing license (for Nurse role)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a fertility clinic or IVF centre
- Proven experience as a Fertility Coordinator (for Coordinator role)
- Strong knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and empathy.
