Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Nteje, Anambra

Summary

• We are looking to hire a dedicated and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Role Overview

• You will be responsible for attending to guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining a clean dining environment, and ensuring customers have a pleasant and professional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests politely
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve meals promptly and check on guests
• Set and clear tables according to standards
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Work with kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND
• At least 1 year experience (preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Neat appearance and good hygiene
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Nteje.
