We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hospital Administrator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative and office operations, including reception, records, and patient file management.
  • Support HR and finance functions (payroll input, staff attendance, leave records, etc.) under supervision.
  • Manage procurement of office and clinical supplies, vendor relations, and invoicing where required.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and any regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on administrative activities for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
