Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Role Summary

• NeoHomes Limited is seeking a highly disciplined and detail-driven Senior Accounts Officer to manage financial records, ensure reporting accuracy, and provide reliable financial insights to support business decisions.
• This role requires strong analytical ability, integrity, and the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making
• Supervise and guide junior accounts staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years relevant experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong integrity and confidentiality
