Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary
- The Office Assistant is responsible for handling basic office tasks such as organizing files, managing communications, and supporting staff. This role helps maintain efficiency and ensures the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Greet and assist visitors
- File, organize, and maintain documents (physical and digital)
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist other staff with administrative tasks
- Perform data entry and update records
- Keep the office environment clean and organized
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of SSCE/OND (depending on employer)
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
