We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in- person
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
  • Work closely with other departments to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Mininum Qualification: OND (Must know excel)
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Age - Range: 20 - 29yrs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to detail.

Salary
₦80,000 monthly (with additional allowances).
