Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in- person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
- Work closely with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Mininum Qualification: OND (Must know excel)
- 1 – 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Age - Range: 20 - 29yrs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to detail.
Salary
₦80,000 monthly (with additional allowances).
