Job Title: Solar Engineer / Installer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Solar Engineer/Installer to join our technical tea
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal solar system design and placement.
• Install, wire, and commission solar panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis on existing solar installations.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
• Prepare technical reports and provide customer training on system usage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in solar installation and maintenance.
• Proven knowledge of off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and physical fitness for installations.
• Residency in Abuja and a good knowledge of the local terrain.
