Description
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with administrative and human resource functions.
Purpose
- The HR Assistant will support daily office operations while providing administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage official documents, correspondence, and basic reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Handle ticket booking and coordinate travel logistics for staff and management when required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and SMS communications professionally and promptly.
- Perform front-desk and desk officer duties, including attending to visitors and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain well-organized physical and electronic filing systems for office and HR records.
- Assist with recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Support employee onboarding, internal communications, and routine HR administrative tasks.
- Assist with attendance tracking, staff documentation, and basic HR reporting as assigned.
Educational Qualification
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree (BSc / BA) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
