Job Title: Kitchen Production Supervisor (Restaurant)

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Production Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background strictly in kitchen production, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in bulk meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen production activities
• Ensure timely preparation of meals in line with production schedules
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portioning
• Monitor and control food production costs and minimize wastage
• Oversee proper use of kitchen equipment and tools
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory for production and coordinate stock usage
• Train and supervise production staff to improve efficiency
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to meet demand

Requirements

• Proven experience strictly as a Kitchen Production Supervisor or in a kitchen production role
• Strong experience in bulk cooking / large-scale food production
• Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
• Good understanding of food costing and portion control
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Cost control and waste management

Working Conditions:

• 6 days a week (shift-based)
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
