Job Title: Corporate Culture Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Coordinating and organizing events within the department (team buildings, corporate events, offsite events);
- Managing communication channels: writing announcements and news, creating content plans, developing design and content formatting, creating videos;
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, controlling budgets, analyzing completed work, and developing corporate culture within the department;
- Coordinating employee holiday greetings: aligning gifts with managers, organizing deliveries, managing the overall greeting process;
- Conducting employee onboarding: holding welcome meetings, running regular one-on-one meetings, providing support at all stages;
- Conducting corporate surveys and analyzing results, making recommendations to improve corporate culture, and providing data to managers;
- Developing and implementing new initiatives to create a unique and engaging corporate environment.
Required Experience & Skills
- Female prefrably for gender balancing
- Experience in corporate culture management, HR, or project management;
- Deep understanding of corporate culture principles and development strategies;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels;
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams, lead them, and create an atmosphere of trust and openness;
- Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to improve corporate culture and create a unique corporate experience;
- Experience organizing corporate events, training, and team-building activities aimed at strengthening teams and fostering a positive corporate culture;
- Effective time and project management while performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Schedule: 5/2, 09:00-12:00 (8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break);
