We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Registered Nurse / Midwife

Location: Lagos, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time | Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)

Position Summary

• We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurses /Midwives to join our multidisciplinary team across both hospital centers.
• The ideal candidate is clinically sound, embraces teamwork, and is motivated to deliver quality outcomes in obstetrics, gynecology, surgical, and fertility care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, thorough, and patient-focused nursing care within scope of practice.
• Support obstetric, gynecologic, and IVF procedures with precision and compassion.
• Participate in patient education, counseling, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, lab technologists, and other clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital standards of infection control.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and departmental training sessions.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Midwife (RM)licenses with current certifications.
• Bachelor of Nursing Science is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital, maternity, or fertility/IVF setting preferred.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Commitment to patient dignity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
