Job Title: Business Sales Executive / Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking driven and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Sales Executives and Medical Sales Representatives.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, promoting pharmaceutical products, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales and distribution of pharmaceutical products within assigned territories to achieve set targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct hospital detailing and deliver clinical presentations to doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel (Medical Sales Representatives).
- Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years’ sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates (female candidates preferred for Medical Sales Representative role).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Lagos pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Salary
N190,000 per month.
