We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, IVD kits, and diagnostic equipment
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, laboratories, and clinics
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab scientists, and procurement officers
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

Technical & Product Support (IVD & Equipment):

  • Install, configure, and set up IVD and diagnostic equipment at client sites
  • Train end-users (lab scientists, clinicians) on proper operation and usage
  • Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally
  • Liaise with technical/engineering teams when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, specifications, and applications

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and installations

Sales Targets & KPIs
Meet KPIs, including:

  • Lead generation and conversion rates
  • Number of client visits and product demos
  • Equipment installations and client onboarding.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
