We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Kano

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency and user growth across our markets.
  • This is a role sitting at the intersection of operations, sales, and marketing, ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, experience within multinational environments, and a solid understanding of marketing execution—preferably within retail or fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive user acquisition and growth strategies within assigned markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to execute go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in operations, with exposure to sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience in a multinational, retail, or fintech company is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in Hausa (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving user growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Stable career history with consistent tenure at previous organisations.

Nice to Have:

  • Marketing experience or exposure to brand/field marketing operations.
  • Basic proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools for creating simple posters or flyers.
