Job Title: Baker

Job Description

• Prepare and bake a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, and other toppings when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and baking area.
• Check the quality of ingredients and finished products to meet standards.
• Manage inventory and order baking supplies when necessary.
• Follow food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer orders and production schedules.

Working Location:

• You must be residing within the axis of Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
