Role Overview
- Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Generate leads through networking and outreach
- Present services and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings
- Monitor market trends and track performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 2–4 years’ experience in business development or sales (preferably in beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or lifestyle)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
