About the Role
- We are hiring an Order Fulfillment & Client Relationship Manager to manage vendor partnerships and deliver an excellent customer experience for a global Afrocentric fashion platform.
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, strong vendor relationships, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and manage fashion vendors
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support (quick resolution)
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Oversee order processing, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Manage inventory and coordinate procurement
- Support marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media)
- Track vendor performance and customer feedback
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, account management, or vendor management
- Background in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and customer support systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in African/Nigerian fashion
