Job Summary
- Zeta Brent Education is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead its digital content and online presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation across key platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- This role requires a strong balance of content creation, video editing, storytelling, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with business goals
- Create and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
- Transform raw footage into engaging, story-driven content
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
- Write compelling captions and messaging consistent with brand voice
- Monitor social media trends and adapt them to the education niche
- Manage audience engagement including comments and direct messages
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers and engagement rate
- Consistency and quality of content output
- Increase in qualified leads generated through social media
- Performance of content (views, shares, saves, conversions).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and high-performing content
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
