Job Summary
- Attend to customers promptly and professionally, both in-person and through phone or online channels.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Process payments and issue receipts where necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and hygiene regulations.
