Job Summary
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before serving.
- Store food items properly to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Assist in planning menus and suggesting new dishes when required.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage kitchen equipment safely and report any faults or maintenance needs.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 per month.
