Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Epe, Lagos

Job Description

• As a Sales rep, you will be responsible for selling products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Your goal will be to meet sales targets, build customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the store.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Participate in promotional activities and sales events.
• Stock and replenish merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification - HND.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
