Job Description
- As a Sales rep, you will be responsible for selling products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Your goal will be to meet sales targets, build customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Participate in promotional activities and sales events.
- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification - HND.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
