We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconciledaily revenue reports, promptly identifying and escalating any unreconciled variances.
- Accurately and timely post all bank transactions into the accounting software (Sage).
- Ensure the timely and precise posting of daily revenue reports into the system.
- Supervise and verify the posting of all petty cash vouchers into Sage to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process WHT deductions and ensure timely remittance to the appropriate tax authorities.
- Coordinate the reconciliation of consumables vendors’ accounts in collaboration with the Procurement Officer.
- Participate in and support the monthly stock count process to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in posting all foreign exchange (FX) transactions and ensure proper recognition of FX differentials.
