Job Title: Client Relation Officer and Sales Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations and Sales Officer to join our team in the healthcare sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and promoting our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Promote and sell healthcare products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in sales or client relations (health sector experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
