Job Title: Account Management Lead

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Recovery Strategy: Design and drive the end-to-end recovery and collections strategy, setting performance targets and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team leadership: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing account management team — setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and holding the team accountable.
  • Client ownership: Own the relationship framework for recovery accounts — ensuring professional, ethical, and commercially sound engagement at every touchpoint.
  • Operational excellence: Define and maintain process standards for account resolution, escalation, and closure — ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Performance intelligence: Own the data. Build reporting frameworks that give the business clear visibility on recovery rates, team performance, and portfolio health.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement: Present recovery performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership — translating operational data into business-level insight.
