Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and managing customer deposits. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach individuals, businesses, and organizations to open savings, current, or fixed deposit accounts.
• Develop strategies to increase the volume and value of deposits (e.g., targeting high-net-worth clients or corporate accounts).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat deposits.
• Educate customers about deposit products, interest rates, and benefits offered by the bank.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for deposit mobilization.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly deposit targets set by the Bank.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive banking experience.
• Ensure all account opening processes comply with regulatory and internal policies (KYC, AML, etc.).
• Prepare regular reports on deposit growth, client acquisition, and performance metrics.

• Basic understanding of financial products and banking operations.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
