Aquila introduced the finance lease product at the origination of the company in 2005 and has since then developed tailor-made solutions for its diverse customer segments. The product is offered to retail clients (both individually and via associations and cooperatives schemes), small and medium- sized enterprises and small corporate. An active collaboration of the agency is required to structure the transaction and ensure prevention of over-indebtedness by implementing checks on the client’s disposable income. To facilitate repayments, these are made directly from source.

This innovative scheme has so far provided access to equipment finance to close to 25,000 Nigerians. Typical assets which Aquila finances under this scheme are motorcycles, tricycles, laptops, refrigerators, freezers, and generators which support the generation of additional income to supplement the incomes of lower-ranking Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Lagos

Job Details

  • Calendar management: organize and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Documentation: prepare, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Meeting coordination: schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Office management: ensure the office is organized and supplies are maintained; handle administrative tasks like filing and record-keeping.
  • Project support: assist with special projects and initiatives, coordinating logistics and resources.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a University Degree with 3-5 years experience.
  • Experience in resolving issues, managing internal and customers.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Power point skills and the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Exceptional presentation and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Great time management skills

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
