• They are currently looking for a Warehouse Worker to join their growing team in Nigeria(Lagos and Abuja) / South Africa / Ghana(Accra).

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries by quantity and quality, checking compliance with accompanying documents;
• Recording incoming goods in the CRM/accounting system, reporting any discrepancies or damaged items;
• Placing goods in storage areas according to internal warehouse logic, maintaining order and the warehouse location system;
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring CRM data accuracy, participating in inventory counts;
• Picking, packing orders based on requests (size, color, quantity), preparing orders for shipment (packing, labeling);
• Taking photos of final packed orders and uploading them to the CRM, updating order statuses;
• Handing over orders to courier services, controlling shipment documentation (waybills, tracking numbers) and recording data in CRM;
• Sharing information with CSD and other departments, providing reports on shipments, returns, and stock levels;
• Participating in team calls.

Our ideal candidate has

• Experience working with inventory/accounting systems;
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics;
• Experience in order picking and fulfillment, handling returns;
• Understanding of documentation workflow;
• Experience working with courier services;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Responsibility and good organizational skills;
• Good communication skills, proactive mindset.

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience in order picking and packing;
• Experience interacting with courier services;
• Background in the fashion/textile industry.
