Job Summary
- Myafrimall Logistics Limited is currently seeking smart and service-driven NYSC Corp members to join our team as a customer service representative.
- This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, customer relationship management, and branch coordination within a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about shipment processes and company services.
- Process and document shipments accurately.
- Prepare shipping documentation and maintain proper records.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Support daily branch operations as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be posted to or willing to serve in the specified branch location.
