Job Summary
- We are seeking result-driven Field Sales Representatives to drive product sales and distribution across assigned territories.
- This is a fully field-based role, requiring daily visits to retail outlets to generate sales, open new markets, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell directly to retail shops, supermarkets, kiosks, and distributors
- Generate consistent stock orders from existing customers
- Identify and onboard new outlets to expand market reach
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure product availability and proper merchandising
- Monitor stock levels and enforce FIFO
- Track competitor activities and pricing
- Submit daily sales and field reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years FMCG field sales experience
- Proven experience in secondary sales
- Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, etc.)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated
- Willingness to work extensively in the field.
