We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (HoReCa)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Sales Executive (HoReCa) is responsible for developing and managing sales within hotels, restaurants, cafés, fast food outlets, and catering businesses.
  • The role involves acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring product availability, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new HoReCa clients
  • Drive sales of all products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Expand market coverage within assigned territory

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and business owners
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain engagement and satisfaction
  • Promote new product offerings and drive upselling opportunities

Order & Distribution Coordination:

  • Take orders and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure efficient delivery
  • Monitor stock levels at client locations to prevent stock-outs

Reporting & Collections:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Submit periodic sales reports
  • Follow up on payments and support debt recovery where necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years proven sales experience (preferably in FMCG, food ingredients, or HoReCa channel)
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos HoReCa market is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
