Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Lagos, Nigeria, with partial work-from-home flexibility.
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships.
- The role also involves developing strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to align goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in eCommerce, agriculture, or supply chain management is an added advantage.
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business operations and market trends
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for business growth.
