Role Description

• We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The role involves leading and overseeing the planning, design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple construction projects.
• Key responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, providing technical leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
• The Senior MEP Project Engineer will also coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• Professional certification or license is highly required (e.g., COREN registration or equivalent professional engineering body certification).
• 7–10 years’ experience in MEP engineering or construction project delivery, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong technical expertise in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with solid working knowledge of integrated MEP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including end-to-end delivery of construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong understanding of building services design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in Plumbing, Electrical systems, HVAC systems, and coordinated MEP installations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple priorities.
