We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Logistics Personnel
Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign drivers to delivery schedules and routes
- Monitor driver activities and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to track progress and resolve issues
- Ensure proper documentation of trips, deliveries, and logistics records
- Handle and resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies
- Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and route planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or logistics tracking systems is an added advantage.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly
- Additional Benefits: Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Negotiation: Salary is open to negotiation based on experience and competence.
