Job Summary
- The HR Officer provides operational support across recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Track attendance, leave, and HR metrics
- Support performance management and KPI tracking
- Assist in handling employee relations matters
- Support payroll data preparation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 1–2 years HR experience
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality
