We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports
• Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects
• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data
• Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management and Valuation with some field experience/Post NYSC
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate
• Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards
• Ability to operate modern surveying instruments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Additional Requirements:

• Professional certification or registration with relevant bodies (ESVARBON or NIESV) Is an added advantage.

Remuneration
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
