Job Title: Stock Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations for our mobile phones and accessories business.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy, minimizing losses, and supporting efficient supply chain processes across all outlets or warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of all mobile phones and accessories
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize theft, damage, and loss
  • Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide reports to management
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for efficient stock flow
  • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of products
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Use inventory management software to track and manage stock
  • Supervise stock staff and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • 3 - 5 years experience in inventory/stock management (preferably in electronics or retail)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and tools
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
