We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Personnel
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
- Manage correspondence, emails and phone calls professionally
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic records)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and office logistics
- Handle documentation, data entry and report preparation
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and managed
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administrative, Office Management, or related field
- 1 - 3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
