About the Role

• You’ll own day-to-day HR + admin while prioritizing a positive employee experience.
• Full recruitment cycle, payroll + statutory remittances, employee records, and office admin.
• Performance management and learning initiatives alongside the CEO and independent HR Consultant.
• Staff welfare, team engagement, and maintain strict confidentiality on all employee matters

Non-Negotiables

• 2 - 3 years proven HR experience not exclusively admin.
• Must have processed salaries + statutory remittances yourself (No trainees)
• Basic to intermediate Excel for payroll and HR reports.
• Strong integrity + ability to balance policy with people.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
