Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics market
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored logistics solutions
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contract terms
  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify prospects and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client interactions, and reports using CRM tools
  • Work with marketing teams to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Strong understanding of logistics solutions and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with frequent client visits and industry engagements
  • May require extended hours to meet sales targets and client needs.
