We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Officer – Renewable Energy
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Vet and approve installers before onboarding onto the Instollar platform
- Review installer submissions, credentials, and supporting documentation
- Conduct quality checks on installation projects using reports, images, and feedback
- Identify quality issues, risks, and non-compliance in projects
- Escalate critical issues to relevant internal teams
- Maintain records of QA reviews, findings, and decisions
- Ensure consistency in quality standards across all installers and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Proven experience in renewable energy systems (solar, inverter, or hybrid installations)
- Experience in quality assurance, inspection, operations, or technical review roles
- Ability to assess technical work using documentation and visual evidence
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete or real-world information
- Good communication and reporting skills.
