Job Title: Raw Mill Supervisor

Job Summary
- The Raw Mill Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations in the raw mill and mix storage areas to ensure efficient raw meal production, stable kiln operation, and high-quality clinker output.
- The role involves supervising teams, optimizing process performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise raw mill and mix storage operations
- Ensure consistent production of high-quality raw meal
- Monitor process performance and achieve KPI targets
- Supervise CCR operators and ensure continuous operations
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality teams
- Identify and resolve process anomalies and equipment issues
- Ensure timely supply of raw materials
- Maintain housekeeping and material flow efficiency
- Prepare and monitor production reports and dashboards
- Lead and develop operational teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO and QHSE standards.
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Production, Process Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes
- Experience in process control and equipment supervision
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
