Job Summary
- The AFR Supervisor oversees the management, preparation, and feeding of alternative fuels and raw materials, ensuring operational efficiency, HSE compliance, and optimization of thermal substitution rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise AFR reception, storage, and processing.
- Ensure continuous supply of alternative fuels to the kiln.
- Monitor substitution rates and AFR performance.
- Ensure quality control and compliance of AFR materials.
- Manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Supervise AFR operators and coordinate activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
- 2 - 5 years of experience in cement or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of alternative fuels and kiln operations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
