Job Title: Senior Planner (Offshore)
Location: Akwa Ibom

Job Description
- Set and drive the firm’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Lead major client relationships and account growth.
- Oversee business development and revenue performance.
- Participate in firm governance and key decision-making.
- Mentor, manage, and evaluate partners and senior professionals.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical standards.
- Represent the firm with external stakeholders and industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree (MBA or relevant professional qualification) preferred.
- Relevant professional certification or license preferred (industry-specific).
- 12–15 years of progressive professional experience in the relevant field.
- At least 5–8 years of senior leadership or partner-level management experience.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development,and financial oversight.
- Ability to work primarily in an office environment with occasional travel as required.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and ethical leadership skills.
- Offshore travel documents valid for at least one year (BOSIET, OSP, SBC, Medicals, TB, A&D, Audiometry).
