We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fitter (Offshore)

Location: Akwa Ibom

Job Description

• Assemble, install, and fit mechanical components and equipment as per drawings and specifications.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of mechanical parts.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate fitting and alignment.
• Inspect equipment and identify faults or defects.
• Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures.
• Complete tasks within assigned timelines and maintain work quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting & Turning, or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on fitting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in use of fitting tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Offshore travel documents valid for at least one year(BOSIET,OSP,SBC,Medicals, TB, A&D, Audiometry).
