Job Summary

• Our client is looking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, drive sales across channels, and strengthen customer engagement.
• The role will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategy, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, and ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable business impact while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall marketing strategy, including annual plans, campaigns, and product initiatives to grow sales and customer loyalty.
• Lead all digital marketing, CRM, and ecommerce activities to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, influencers, and corporate partners to deliver effective campaigns and promotions.
• Oversee marketing budget planning, tracking, and optimisation to ensure strong return on investment.
• Support new store launches and market expansions with well-executed marketing plans and campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all channels while continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team with clear goals and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, CRM, ecommerce, and brand management.
• Background in FMCG, retail, hospitality, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behaviour.

Salary
N1,000,000 -  N1,300,000 monthly.
