Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Process orders and track customer requests
• Maintain proper records using tools like Microsoft Excel
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
