Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders and track customer requests
- Maintain proper records using tools like Microsoft Excel
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
