Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to drive revenue through medical procurement, equipment supply, and healthcare infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close opportunities in medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare infrastructure projects
- Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, suppliers, contractors, and healthcare providers
- Lead proposal development, tenders, and contract negotiations
- Drive end-to-end project development from client engagement to execution
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for new opportunities
Requirements
- 4–7 years’ experience in healthcare business development, procurement, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of medical equipment, supply chain, or hospital setup
- Proven ability to close B2B/B2G deals
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
