Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- The Business Development Executive will drive customer acquisition, grow existing accounts, and support sales of bread improver products across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct regular customer visits to drive sales growth
- Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints promptly
- Promote products and expand market penetration
- Identify key customers (industries, factories, catering contractors)
- Support sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Prepare and submit timely reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5+ years’ experience in sales/business development
- Experience in flour/baking industry is compulsory
- Strong B2B & B2C experience
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and relocate if required.
Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 monthly.
